Thanks Bill Root for the info. More info, this is the W.M.Barnett Store built in 1898. W.M. Barnett was an early settler of Wasco. This was his second store in Wasco, which included a car dealership. Mr. Barnett was also a banker. His Daughter Marie Barnett Cooper became Oregon's first woman bank president, across the street, by Mike McDonald
